August Favourites 2015 I Perfect Fixations

Hello darlings.

Its been a while since i did a monthly favourites, i missed June and July, but this month there have been a few next products i have been loving so i was really excited to write this post.
I hope you enjoy :)

As you guys know i have quite long hair, not as long i use to have but still long enough that i have to make an effort to keep it in as best condition as i can, for this i used hair masks, they are quick and easy and a sustainable method for me. I've had my fair few of them over the years, the latest one i've been enjoying is The Superdrug Coconut Water and Coconut Oil Masque, coconut oil is great for your hair and in a masque is brilliant making it easier for me to remember to use.

Next up is my Garnier Micellar Water, i bought a small travel size to being with as i didn't know if i was going to like this or if it would be the same as my other micellar waters and honestly it is, there's not much difference, except it doesn't sting my eyes which is brilliant like some of the others micellar water do when removing eye makeup. I am enjoying this and will buy the full size when it runs out.

Maybelline Lash Sensational is no secret to the blogging community, famous for being a dupe for the Benefit Roller Lash (which i LOVE) i think this is a great drugstore alternative, the wand is great for getting into the lashes and giving volume and length and i love the packaging, its so sleek.

Lastly, brows, i've been trying out a couple of new brow products these past few month and the I Love Makeup, Brow Kit is really good, the lightest brown is perfect for a natural look for those days when i'm keeping ti more casual and going for the 'no makeup look'

Thats it for this month another month has gone so fast, i can't believe it is now September, how crazy is that! I'd love to know what some of your August favourites are? What products have you been loving?

August Favourites 2014

Hello darlings
Today i have for you my August favoruites. It only felt like last week i was writing my July favourites, this summer is going so quickly!

I'll first start off with makeup:

There have been a couple of products i have been loving. The first is no secret, they are the Revlon lip butters. I have already raved about these which I will link my review here I think they are so creamy and give the most wonderful finish. I will continue to use them throughout Autumn too.
Next, another product i have raved about is the Honey Bronzer from The Body Shop, again i will link my review here. I found this to be one of my favourite bronzers this summer and have worn in nearly non stop this past month.
'Berry Cosmo' nail polish by Barry M (link) I feel a pattern here. Another product i have made no secret in loving! I feel this post shall just be filled with links to my past posts....
Last makeup item is one i  have yet to talk about is Collection's Eyeshadow Pencil, in 'Vintage Rose'. I bought this pencil a while back but hadn't really used it, but i saw it in my collection and though't it would be the perfect colour for summer and it was. I've worn it so much, its the perfect pale creamy pink.

Next  up is Skin care:

Nivea in shower body moisturiser. I read a review on this product and knew i had to try it and was i glad i did. I found it lovely, i got it in the scent 'honey' and its smells so nice. If you're like me and hate moisturising you whole body after bathing/showing as it takes so long to apply and then you have to wait for it to dry.... blah blah blah, then this is the perfect product for you. Its quick and easy and leaves you skin super soft.
My last skin product is Superdrug's Own Brand Body Butter, recently i had a break out of spots on my chin and the cream i used to get rid of them dried out the skin, so i've been using this body butter to help it. I found it works quite well and did the job for the price. It also has a lovely smell and dries on the skin quite quickly.

Fragrance:

I've nearly run out of my Chanel No5 so i'm trying to save it for special occasions until i get another one. So my perfume of choice for this month has been Vera Wang Princess. Its more of a floral smell than my Chanel but i find once its sat on the skin it smells beautiful and is close to becoming one of my favourites. :)

Book:

After the sad passing of one of my favourite actresses Lauren Bacall, i spent some time watching some of her movies in my DVD collection and dug out her autobiography. I have spent part of the last month re-reading it and remembering why i and the whole world loved her.
R.I.P <3 <3

I hope you enjoyed reading this.
