Revlon Colour Stay Foundation Review.

Hello darlings

Today i have for you a review of Revlon's Colour Stay Foundation. I know that many people have reviewed and have raved about it, so i know this is a little late...
But none the less here are my thoughts on it. I hope you enjoy reading :)

As always i'll start with the packaging, I don't like the fact it doesn't have a pump. I feel i waste too much of the product as i always over estimate how much i need, but that just might be me. But the good thing about it is that when its near to running out you can get it all out which is handy.
I find it drys fast so you have to blend it quickly. It lasted about half the day, but the late afternoon you could see it wearing off in patches and some of my blemishes were showing through.
One good thing is It hasn't broke me out, which is always a bonus! Its medium coverage, not heavy or cakey, which is perfect for me. Good colour match to my skin, i got it in 'Buff', which i believe is the palest yellow toned one and it matches my skin pretty well. They had a lighter one in 'Ivory' but it was way to pink toned for me.

The beginning of the day

By the end of the day.

I wouldn't say it my favourite foundation that i have tried but its definitely a good one. The price to me is a little expensive but i guess that all depends on your budget.
You can buy it here for £12.99 (But at the moment its on sale for £9.49!)

Let me know if you've tried this foundation and your thoughts on it are.

JB xx

  5. I keep looking at this foundation so I might give it a miss. If I am paying £12.99 for a foundation I'd expect it to be very good - especially when you can get the Rimmel match perfection for £5 most of the time and it is brilliant!

  7. I haven't tried it yet but I've been hoping too, I guess the good thing about medium to high coverage foundations is you need less of them, it's just a shame it didn't last throughout the day :) xx
